Professional Experience
Jennifer first experienced coaching as a client while founding and running her own successful business that quickly grew to include multiple locations and franchises around the world. Featured in newspapers, magazines, and national television, more and more entrepreneurs began to reach out looking to achieve similar success. This ultimately led Jen to becoming a certified coach herself.
An entrepreneur for over twenty years, Jen credits the required resilience, passion and adaptability with helping her to develop a powerful and effective coaching style. Friendly and approachable while offering an honest, outside perspective, Jen is not afraid to "go there" and ask questions that are necessary for growth. She helps identify limiting beliefs and explore new perspectives in areas such as transition & change, motivation & direction and aligning teams.
In addition to executive coaching, Jen delivers Executive, Wellness and Academic Life Coach training and Business Launcher programs accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She also supports emerging entrepreneurs and future leaders by working with teens and young adults as a Career Coach and Industry Specialist, with a strong belief in empowering the future.
