1. Does Simply.Coach support white-labeling and custom branding?

Yes, Simply.Coach allows for extensive customization and branding to white-label the platform for your company. The CoCreate pricing plan allows for co-branding (your logo + the Simply.Coach logo), whereas the Surge and Optima plans allow for complete white-labeling with your domain.

2. How does Simply.Coach ensure data security and privacy?

Simply.Coach has been audited and certified compliant for SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR (Europe & UK) standards - and is the only digital coaching platform to hold all three.

We ensure security in:

Hosting -

  • We use AWS (Amazon Web Services), the worlds #1 trusted hosting partner.
  • Our dedicated clusters are deployed in a unique Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) with dedicated firewalls.
  • Database Access is restricted to our production application server through a secure tunnel. No one (including our engineers) has access to the data.

Encryption -

  • Access to our platform is secured by a SHA 256-bit encryption with 2048-bit key-strength for data access. This means that all your data is encrypted the moment it leaves your computer and is securely uploaded to our servers.
  • All network traffic is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS)
  • Encryption for data at rest is automated using encrypted storage volumes

Access Controls -
Our platform comes built-in with role-based access through IAM that enforces segregation of duties so that data is only shown to the user who has valid access rights in place.

  • Passwords are protected with hashed salts; which means no one (including us) can see your password.
  • Accounts are automatically locked after 5 failed attempts
  • Password reset links are valid only for 6 hours

  • Access to the production environment is restricted with a private key locked to our founder’s device. No one else has access to the production environment.
  • We have near real-time backups taken across multiple availability zones in encrypted and access-controlled containers.
  • We have procedures established for reporting incidents, and tracking it for timely communication, investigation, and resolution.

Simply.Coach seamlessly integrates with well-known coaching tools like Zoom, Webex, Mailchimp, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Teams, as well as Stripe for payments. Not to mention thousands of other platform integrations via Zapier!

4. Does Simply.Coach support group coaching?

Yes, Simply.Coach supports group/team coaching. You can create proprietary Journey templates for a coach to use with the group, and leverage the platform’s scheduling, centralized resource sharing, reporting, and such features to simplify and streamline all the activities that go into coaching multiple participants at a time.

What’s more, with Simply.Coach’s Coaching Programs and Coach Matching features, you can have every participant self-sign up in seconds (and match themselves to a coach if needed).

5. What kind of analytics and reporting features does Simply.Coach offer?

Simply.Coach provides oversight with:
